15.CIF evidence requirements checklist
15.1Surveyor reports
Independent surveyor reports should be RICS-qualified and recent (within twelve months of submission).
15.2Photograph specification
Photographs should be dated, geo-tagged where possible, and annotated. A minimum of one wide-shot and three close-ups per affected element is the practical norm.
15.3Contractor quotes
Either three competitive contractor quotes from comparable specifications, or a Crown Commercial framework rate (such as CF25), satisfies the cost-certainty band.[12]
15.4Planning permission
Where planning permission is required, evidence of grant or a clear path to grant by the September delivery cut-off is required for full Planning marks.
15.5CDC2 / GEMS baseline
The school-level CDC2 report acts as the central baseline.[5]
